Gemma Weigert, an 8th grade student, brought her therapy dog, Otis , to visit her peers here at MMS. Otis is a 7 -year- old Golden Doodle who trained with Gemma and her family in facility in Connecticut. The training highlighted Otis' ability to interact with people, basic dog handling and commands. Gemma describes Otis as sweet, friendly and high-energy. Otis loves to go on hikes, walks and loves attention.
