Dear Eliot Elementary School Families,
Thank you for the enthusiastic support that you continue to provide your children with, as they embrace the challenges often found in the final days of school. One such challenge will be the weather conditions that members of our school community will encounter over the next few days of school.
Today, in an effort to improve the teaching and learning environment at Eliot ElementarySchool, we turned on all available air conditioners and fans, and adjusted lighting where possible. Additionally, students were encouraged to hydrate throughout the day. Throughout the remainder of the week, providing your children with a water bottle and fruit (grapes, oranges, watermelon) would be helpful, as well.
