Tarr

Monday, March 25th was National Cerebral Palsy Awareness day, and the entire school wore green in support of all of our friends with CP! One of our 4th graders was excited to raise awareness and share his technology with the rest of his class. He uses a device called Tobii, and all of his classmates got to experience what it is like to use the device. Groups of students competed against him to see who could type out a 3 letter word the fastest. They quickly learned how difficult this task can be, and were very impressed by their classmate's speed as he won most rounds (even against his teacher)! It's so important for our students to be able to understand the different abilities of their classmates and support them in every way possible.
